The following quote is only one of the excerpts from “The True Spirit Of Gettysburg”:

“I have been processing film and printing photographs for Enrico Barone for the last 10 Years.
The technicians at my Motophoto in Paramus processed and printed Enrico’s roll of Kodak APS400 Film that contain these 2 “unexplainable” images, along with the other film that followed. Enrico was using a Canon ELPH camera when he captured what you will see in “The True Spirit Of Gettysburg”.

“I personally reprinted the enlargements of these images in front of Enrico Barone and I can truthfully confirm
that these negatives, and their images, have not been altered or manipulated in any way.

“The Canon Elph camera uses APS film (Advanced Photographic System). This film has a unique ID# that is encoded in the film visually, by barcode and magnetic encoding. This same number is on the cassette that stores the film. APS film always remains in a contiguous strip and stored in its numbered cassette, making it virtually impossible for Enrico or anyone to have been able to doctor these 2 negatives and the direct prints found in this book. We also recorded the negatives and images from the film direct to CD to confirm their authenticity and to archive them for protection and future safety.”
